How does the app work?

● Of course, the first thing to do is to download the application on your phone. To do this, you need to go to Google Play or App Store to proceed with the free download. To help you, you can take advantage of the tutorial in French or in English.
● You must then register on the application to create an account. You can do this quickly if you have a Google, Facebook or Apple account. Otherwise, you can create an account from your email address.
● From then on, you can benefit from the help of a Helper or offer your help as a Helper.

If you need help :
● Select “Help me”.
● Then you have the choice between different areas, such as cooking, finance, mechanics, etc.
● Once the domain has been chosen, you can refine your search, then post a request for help describing as precisely as possible the nature of your problem. Don't worry the answer shouldn't take too long.
● Without delay, your message is forwarded to the community of Helpers with the necessary knowledge to assist you in solving your problem.
● Among these, the one who reads your message and feels able to help you sends you a first message before guiding you by video. You will be able to take the right steps to solve your problem simply and effectively.
● It's already over, the solution has been found and you can return to your daily life as soon as you have assigned a rating to your Helper. This step is important and allows you to thank this person. It is also possible to add a comment. The Helper will be able to exchange their rewards with WatchDo's cryptocurrency, the WDO.

You want to help others: to enlarge the community and improve its functioning day after day, you also have the possibility of becoming a Helper by offering help in the areas that you master.
