Selfcare CashInCashOut(CICO) Reversal feature enables Tigo Pesa customers and Agents/wakala to initiate reversal for wrong Cash Out and Cash In transactions without Tigo’s intervention. Upon successful initiation, the customer’s funds will be held immediately for resolution by the Tigo call center. To initiate a reversal, simply open your TigoPesa app and go to Self-Care Services >> select Transaction Reversal>> Select to Initiate and then choose the transaction you want to initiate a reversal.
