1. Is balance refundable?
Balance can be refunded at anytime time. When refunding, Paypal will charge a 1% refund fee.
2. Can I make a test call?
Once you set up Caller ID, we give you a free $0.01 balance. You can also earn free credits by watching rewarded videos.
3. How do I make a call?
The correct phone format is country code + phone number.
• On the dial pad, click the flag icon to select the country you want to dial.
• Enter the number and click Dial.
• TelVoice automatically adds a country code to the number you call.
• Note that if you call a directory contact, make sure that the contact's phone number does not include a country code.
4. Why did my call fail?
• Check the phone number format is correct. Make sure that the contact's phone number does not include a country code.
• Try another call line.
• Platinum lines may require Caller ID. If you choose the platinum line, make sure to set up caller ID.
5. What call lines do you provide?
Standard, Premium and Platinum lines. Standard is cheaper than Premium and Platinum.
6. What are the differences among these call lines?
• Standard lines do not deliver caller ID, and the call quality is standard;
• Premium lines deliver caller ID in most cases, and the call quality is better;
• Platinum lines guarantee the delivery of caller ID, and the call quality is best;
• Platinum lines may require caller ID.
7. How is the call billed?
Calls are charged by minute. The rates for calls are available in the Rates section. Phone numbers with different prefixes have different rates.
