T20 World Cup 2022 schedule will no longer be held in India and will be organized jointly by the UAE and Oman. In August, the ICC T20 World Cup Schedule 2022 was issued by the ICC and the matches will be organized in two rounds, in which the top 4 teams out of 8 teams in the first round will qualify for the Super 12 and then 12 teams from the Super 12 will play for the World Cup and the first match of the Indian team will be against Pakistan on 24 -10-2022.
In the T20 World Cup 2022, the first 8 teams will play Super 8 matches from 17 October to 23 October, after which the top 4 teams will qualify for Super 12. Sri Lanka, Ireland, Netherlands, Namibia are in the first group of 8 teams of the first round of the T20 World Cup 2022, and West indies, Scotland, Papua New Guinea, and Oman are named in the second group.
The full schedule of the T20 World Cup 2022 has been released by the ICC. Round-1 will start on October 17 and the first match will be played between Oman and Papua New Guinea. At the same time, the matches of Super-12 will start from 23 October as in the first match of Group One of Super-12, the team of Australia and South Africa will face each other. At the same time, in Group-2, the India-Pakistan team will face-to-face on October 24.
