Get your favourite books online in this covid-19 pandemic with complete safety.
Just open the app and sign in with google to get started easily.
Before continuing to order your books add your address and profile details in "Profile" Section.
After editing your profile, select a suitable plan to start ordering books.
Once you activate a plan, you cannot activate another plan before paying for the current plan. You can order books as per your plan limit. The app will guid you while checking out the order.
The added books can be seen in the "Cart" section. You can remove the unwanted books from here. Once the books are confirmed, you can place the order.
NOTE: NO ANY PAYMENT IS DONE ONLINE CURRENTLY.
Payments are done while delivery.
After completing the payment, you can track the order in "My Books" section.
You can check whether the order is seen or not by the librarian.
In the order details, you can check whether the books are issued to you are not.
Following are the status for the books
1. Pending - Pending confirmation
2. Issued - The book is issued to you.
3. Cancelled- The book is cancelled by the librarian due to unavailability.
If you have some issues or disputes with your order, just tap on the order id in order details page, which will be copied to your clipboard, and share the id with the support team or librarian. Which will help in resolving the issue.
