In Andernach, the world’s largest production site for tinplate, approx. 1.5 million tons of packaging steel are produced every year. The 2,400 employees serve around 400 customers in 80 countries in a large number of markets – from manufacturers of food and pet food cans to beverage and aerosol cans, containers for chemical and technical filling materials, as well as crown corks and twist-off tops.
