Seamen's Church App provides quick and easy emergency number for medical, fire and police in the country you are in. You can choose your insurance company and will then have to phone dialer. It also contains other important phone numbers barring short service, UD and Seamen's Church. The app also contains the address where you are and you then have the option to share your location with those you want.
