The New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe story mode contains a total of 164 levels, the most in history. Among them, the "Xinma U" mode and "Xinlu U" mode, which control Mario and Luigi respectively, account for 82 levels each. Although the two modes share the scene map and level theme, the content is different.
