The observation makes it possible to note that beyond certain content from community radios and television, the main content broadcast through the media is in French. Institutional documents, medical reports and other preventative quality information are all disseminated in French and on reading or video media.
This Application that I propose is for the general public. MediaScoop was a digital project dedicated exclusively to audio to provide information in Wolof and French for the Senegalese populations. The flexibility of the application and its low data consumption will allow any type of user (low consumer, poorly connected) to be able to easily, quickly and efficiently access quality information.
Easy to download and install, it allows you to listen non-stop to the latest updates, the latest local, national and international information, the latest preventive measures and measures against fakenews.
MediaScoop is an information application exclusively in audio to allow all people to access the right information. Above all, it allows people who can neither read nor write to be able to be at the same level of information as everyone else.
This project is not a Ministry of Health project. It is a voluntary initiative that relies on government and institutional information for the sole purpose of responding to the information request of the general public.
