We love fast food and especially burgers. We naively believe that almost everyone does. It's simple, good and fun! But in the way of this obviousness is a widespread belief that fast food is equal to junk food. And in many cases it is so. We will change that! Because why should easy be equal to bad? Bad for you, the environment and the animals? It's completely backwards! What we like best should also be best. There must be goodness in good.
That we call our food fast food is actually quite strange. The only thing that goes fast in our process is how fast we cook your food. Because it's fast. Almost everything else has taken more time than you are used to in a fast food restaurant. It took over a year just to find the right meat supplier and it became a farmer who had never intended to be a meat supplier. Unlike most others, we use meat from animals that have had a different purpose throughout their lives - dairy cows. A meat that both tastes and feels better. And that's how we want this at Jureskogs. It should both taste and feel better.
