It's a millionaire in a card game.
The rules are the same as the general millionaire.
3 is weak and 2 is strongest. But JOKER is the strongest.
It's the other way around in the revolution. Still, JOKER is the strongest.
The cards that can and cannot be played are color-coded for easy understanding.

Fluid when 2 is rolled (JOKER impossible)

Revolution and throw when 3 is rolled (JOKER impossible)

If you pass, you will not be able to play the card for that turn until it flows.

Start with the poor. (Ignored if Spade 3 Start is applied)
