New ING Business application
The new year has brought a brand-new application, developed following your feedback and involvement. An application with simplified functions compared to the web version, for fast and „on the go” operations of active entrepreneurs.
What is new?
Direct on phone activation, without using other devices.
You may activate your application from any device with the same access data as used for the web version. New users may login for the first time to ING Business using either the mobile app or the web version.
Login as you wish
You may connect as you wish: by user code and password, by 5-digit PIN or using the FaceID/fingerprint. From now on, you will login with the same user code and password for all the devices you use for ING Business: either you connect on the web version, or you access the simplified version for mobile.
Sign your payments your way
By using 5 digits PIN or by FaceID/fingerprint.
New design for dashboard, customized for your needs
Widgets on the first screen to allow you to see the payments waiting for signature, rejected payments or payments waiting for available funds.
• All the accounts are available on the main screen, regardless their type.
• You can hide or show accounts Dashboard – Settings - Personalized accounts.
• You can personalize the fast buttons from Settings – Menu edit.
What are the available functions?
• View all types of accounts
• Manage transactions entered in the platform by you or other user form the company
• Access to an unlimited number of companies with one single login
• Show transactions waiting for funds in order to be processed
• Show rejected transactions
• Access saved beneficiaries
• Use the data from previous payments for a new payment
• Real time foreign exchange rate
• The map with ING locations and ATMs
• Account history in pdf format, for the time interval you choose
The widget for smartwatch allows you to see the account balance and the transactions that require your attention.
The application uses the language of the device and it is available in Romanian and English.
