HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our online mental health programs are highly evidence-based and developed by professional psychologists with a strong research background. We cover a wide range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and insomnia to vaginismus and chronic pain. Depending on the program, you have the option of being professionally guided by one of our coaches, consisting of psychologists and psychotherapists.

- Get a prescription or reimbursement: Some of our courses are already available on prescription, others can be reimbursed by certain insurance companies.
