This is FCM’s brand new app for 2022. The app has been designed to be the mobile companion to the desktop version of FCM’s new ‘FCM Platform’ travel management tool. The app is best used for those clients and customers who have recently launched, or migrated to ‘FCM Platform’.
This is the mobile channel for FCM Platform, FCM Travel’s omnichannel digital experience for business travel customers. This app is best used by customers who have recently migrated onto the new FCM Platform for itinerary management and online travel booking.
**This is a beta version, and minor bugs are expected. We are actively working on improving the app.

- Access your automatically synched itinerary, any time and anywhere. And if you are booking additional trips, we have you covered with the manual trip forms.
- Access your travel itinerary anywhere, from any device. Trips booked through FCM Travel will be automatically synchronised to your itinerary. Booked a component on your own? No problem, you can also manually add segments and organise them into trips.
- Receive notifications from Sam on the status of your trip: gate changes, flight delays, check-in reminders, etc.
- Get notified for key information and alerts for your trip; from check-in reminders and gate information to flight delays and safety alerts.
- Get in touch with a travel consultant, via chat or phone
- Keep in touch while on the go with company communications and interactive chat with your travel consultant.
- Stay informed with security alerts, powered by Crisis24. Critical alerts include information like emergency numbers, both local and from your security provider.
This app is only available to FCM Travel customers.
What’s new? - Cancel/modify trip. This new feature communicates how to take those actions with existing reservations. - Call TRMC security number.
