The Degussa Bank smartphone and tablet app
Would you like to use our online portal www.degussa-bank.de conveniently on your smartphone or tablet while you are out and about? Then download our app onto your Android smartphone or tablet. You can access your account and initiate transactions from anywhere in the world.
This means that the door to your WorksiteBank is always open to you and we look forward to your visit.

• View the current account balance, complete payments and securities transactions, access your PostBox documents
• Easier login via fingerprint scan or Face ID and pre-assignment of login data

Please note:
The mobile TAN procedure (mTAN) can only be used if you carry out a transaction that requires a TAN (e.g. recording a transfer) using a device other than the mobile device that you would like to use to receive the mTAN. For security reasons, the order entry and the receipt of the mTAN must not take place via devices with the same active SIM card. The use of mTAN is therefore prohibited according to PSD2 in the app and is therefore not offered in it
Supported accounts:
All Degussa Bank account types that can be used online are supported.
An account with Degussa Bank that has been activated for online banking is required to use the app.
Requirements:
The app was developed for Android 5.0 and higher. The use of the log-in via biometric identification is only possible with the use of Android 6.0.
Security:
Our InternetBanking uses secure HTTPS to establish a connection. You can assign an additional password to the app and authenticate yourself using your fingerprint or Face ID.
When you log in to the app for the first time, you will be asked for your full date of birth. This is required so that you no longer have to enter your data manually for subsequent logins. However, you should not have to enter an mTAN when registering in the app.
