Italian restaurant Arkady Novikov. The concept of Bro & N is simple: classic Italian dishes are prepared here, strictly following traditional recipes. Three chefs are responsible for the kitchen: Mirko Dzago for the main menu, Leonardo Trappoloni prepares pizza, and Fabio Caldera is in charge of the cheese factory. The interior is in the style of vibrant Sicily, with painted panels, colorful furniture and crockery. The menu has a large selection of pizza, homemade pasta and a variety of fish dishes. In the cheese factory you can buy homemade cheese: burrata, mozzarella, ricotta.
