The BGBW app is used for communication between BGBW clients and their responsible probation officers. It can also be used exclusively by them.
The user must be approved by the BGBW (the responsible probation officer) before using the app.
The BGBW app has the following functions:
- Chat function
- Calendar (appointment display, appointment booking)
- Transmission of documents (images, correspondence, documents, evidence) between the parties involved
