Welcome to your Banco de Bogotá Mobile Banking app.
We are changing with you so that you can enjoy the best experience anywhere quickly and safely.
Once you download the application, enter your type and identification number along with your secure password. If you do not have a secure password, enter the option "Register in the app" and follow the steps.
Here you can perform:
Consultation of products, registration and payment of services and obligations, transfers between accounts of the Aval group and to other banks, cell phone recharges, download of statements and certificates, manage the security of your cards and activate your token.
• Change of secure password and know some security recommendations.
• Check the detailed balance of your BdB products and Grupo Aval entities.
• Check your statements and certificates sent to the email of your choice.
• Control the security of your products: Block your Debit Card temporarily due to loss or theft.
• Invest or withdraw to or from trust engagements.
• BdB credit card advances without password.
• Recharges to cell phones without registering the cell phone number.
• Payments for public and private services, Aval credit cards and other banks and Aval credits.
• Transfer without registration to BdB accounts, or to registered Aval accounts and those of other Banks.
• Register services and obligations of other banks to make the payment.
• Register accounts to make transfers.
• Use the amount of your credits.
Important!
To carry out the process of "Registering in the app" it is important that you have your updated information. If you do not receive the code to complete this process, you must update your information in one of our Offices.
If your operating system is lower than Android 7.0, BdB Mobile Banking cannot be installed.
