"Red Fortress (Jackal)" is an action shooting game developed by the Japanese company KONAMI, which was released in mainland China in September 1988. The Red Fortress, together with Contra, the Green Corps, and the Salamander, was also known as the "Big Four" and was popular throughout the 1980s.
In the game, the player drives a jeep to fight the enemy and can rescue the hostages. During the game, the player drives a chariot into the enemy, fights with the enemy, rescues the hostage when encountering a cell, and sends the hostage to the helicopter at the designated heliport. At the end of each level there is a fierce battle to advance to the next level.
