1. With the GET TAXI SERVICE, your taxi is just a click away. You should only confirm your location in map, send the request and everything is done.
2. With the CHAT SERVICE you can communicate with our support staff, request a taxi, or clarify each concern you may have.
3. The NEAR TO ME SERVICE informs you about the closest stations of SPEED TAXI, depending on your location.
4. With the BOOK SERVICE you can plan your next trip, specify your departure and arrival location and the time when it will start.
5. With the CALL NOW SERVICE you can make a direct phone call with our staff.
6. In the MY ACCOUNT area, you can change your application language, the username, the email address or application password.
Terms of application usage:
1. SPEED TAXI APP is valid only for our taxi service in Tirana, Tirana – Rinas, Rinas - Tirana and from Tirana to other albanian districts.
2. You must have activated your location service in your phone in order to get the most of our app
3. You must have internet access on your mobile phone
4. You need to create an account with a username, password and a telephone number for this application.
The security of your data
All your data are stored and protected by the company and we assure you that no unauthorized person has access to your sensitive data such as your location, phone number or email address.
