The provider will discuss your medical history, any medications you are currently taking and ask questions to understand your symptoms. If the provider determines you need a prescription, it will be called in to a local pharmacy.
Your Smart Care 24/7 visit is private, secure and HIPAA-compliant. We provide a summary of your visit via email and you can access your visit details simply by logging in to the app. We can also make arrangements for follow-up care and even help you find a primary care provider.
