This application helps you prepare for the 2022 P3K and CPNS exams. The selection of PPPK procurement consists of two stages, including:
1. Administrative Selection Stage;
2. Competency Selection Stage.Administrative Selection conducted to match administrative requirements and qualifications with applicant documents, while for Competency Selection is carried out to assess the suitability of managerial competence, technical competence and competence socio-cultural characteristics possessed by applicants with job competency standards.
Managerial competence is knowledge, skills, and attitudes/behaviors that can be observed, measured, developed to lead and/or manage organizational units. .
Managerial consists of 30 questions. 25 minutes, Socio-Cultural consisting of 20 questions in 15 minutes, and Interview Questions (answered in writing) consisting of 10 questions in 10 minutes. Total weight 40%Technical Competence is knowledge, skills, and attitudes/behaviors that can be observed, measured, developed specifically related to the technical field of the position.
Technical Competence (according to subjects) consists of of 50 items with a time of 60 minutes and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (reasoning) consists of 40 items with a time of 60 minutes. The total weight of the two is 60%.Social-Cultural Competence is knowledge, skills, and attitudes/behaviors that can be observed, measured, developed related to the experience of interacting with a pluralistic society in terms of religion, ethnicity and culture, behavior, national insight , ethics, values, morals, emotions and principles, which must be fulfilled by every position holder to obtain work results in accordance with their roles, functions and positions.
