Profile:Match2™ focuses on these underlying personality dispositions because they shape the recognisable and consistent patterns of behaviour that distinguish one person from another, and they also influence effectiveness in any role. With this App, you can easily set up an objective online assessment that evaluates how readily a person will meet the demands of any job. By matching personality profiles to job competency requirements, Profile:Match™ indicates to what extent an applicant’s natural temperament is aligned with job expectations and demands, and to what extent they might need to adapt, modify or reign in their natural dispositions in order to be successful. Tapping into these fundamental individual differences and highlighting particular assets and limitations, Profile:Match™ can address either personnel selection decisions or career choice, self-awareness and personal development issues.
Uniquely, Profile:Match2™ creates a bespoke psychometric questionnaire around whichever combination of competencies the user defines as desirable for the job in question. Expert reports that describe how well a candidate meets the specified criteria are generated within minutes, identifying ‘possible concerns’ and providing objective, finely incremented ‘match’ ratings for the competencies selected.
To use PROFILE:MATCH2™, just select the competencies that the new employee will need. Once you have saved this configuration you receive a 'candidates instructions' email that you need to forward to applicants. As soon as each applicant has completed your questionnaire, profile reports will arrive in your inbox.
