Primary Care is a digital initiative by Primary Care Diabetes Association (PCDA), in partnership with Ferozsons to Help improve the quality of life of people with diabetes and to reduce the disease burden by prevention of disease at a grass root level. This application is designed to help the community in getting the necessary information that they may use to prevent Diabetes (even if they have a high probability of getting diabetes due to the presence of risk factors and genetics). PCDA is a national diabetes association. It's activities aim to increase public awareness, encourage health improvement by standardised diabetes care, promote the exchange of high-quality information about diabetes, and provide education for people with diabetes and their healthcare providers.
