The Grab Some Milk app is a platform
which allows the user to shop for
groceries, munchies, etc from home
(no more looking for parking or waiting
in long lines) with contactless delivery.
How do I use the Grab Some
Milk Grocery Delivery App?
The Grab Some Milk app is simple to use.
Download it, create your account and order groceries from your favorite stores.
Our Grab Some Milk shoppers will
then prepare and deliver your order.
We provide contactless deliveries
(shoppers will set the order at your
door and notify you as it is delivered).
How much does Grab Some Milk cost to use?
$3.95 for same-day delivery of orders $35
or more (after 7pm the fee is $6.95)
$5.95 for one-hour delivery of orders $35
or more (after 7pm the fee is $6.95)
Delivery fees for orders of $15-$35 start at $5.95
(after 7pm the fee is $6.95)
Your delivery fee will be stated at the checkout
Orders of $14 or less are not eligible for delivery
Tipping is optional but our drivers appreciate it
You can schedule the time of your delivery
Delivery hours may vary on holidays
How do prices differ on Grab Some Milk?
Stores set the price of each item
(prices may vary from in store rates).
Alcohol and Prescription orders
Grab Some Milk orders that contain
alcohol or prescriptions require the
customer to present a valid id.
What if any of my items are not in
stock, missing, incorrect or late?
Grab Some Milk allows the shopper
to notify you when an item is not
available and will then add the
alternative item(s) you listed.
Grab Some Milk also allows you the
customer to communicate directly
with the shopper so you may advise
them of alternative items or to
disregard any items.
Within the Grab Some Milk app you may
notify us of any items that are missing,
not correct, damaged or late. The Grab
Some Milk team will get back to you
and provide a proper and kind solution.
