Ethereum Push Notification Service(EPNS) is one of it’s kind service that allows dApps / Smart Contracts / Services (which are called channels on EPNS) to send push notifications to their users (called subscribers on EPNS). A user on EPNS is an Ethereum wallets which you choose to connect.
It's as easy as connecting your wallet to the EPNS app, setting up authentication and subscribing to your favorite channels to start receiving notifications. The rest of the heavy lifting of securely connecting users, wallets, device tokens, listening to and ensuring sent events, forming and delivering payload for your and sending those out is all done automagically by EPNS.
