Doktor.se offers you and your family safe care directly on your mobile, around the clock, every day of the week. With us you can meet doctors, psychologists, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists and dieticians. You log in with BankID and start your case in just 10 seconds.
What can Doktor.se help me with?
Doktor.se can help you with a large number of problems online via your mobile or tablet. It can apply to everything from allergies and insect bites to coughs, fevers and childhood illnesses. We also have specialist dermatologists for you who seek care for, for example, acne and various types of eczema, rashes and psoriasis.
If you have concerns or anxiety, you can see a psychologist directly in our app with a short waiting time. We offer meetings via video calls and also a number of different IKBT programs for those who want to undergo treatment a little more on their own.
Prescription renewal directly in the app
We can renew most prescriptions directly in the app, even when another healthcare provider originally prescribed the medication. You can usually pick up your medication within 30 minutes of your first contact with us.
Physical care
In addition to digital healthcare visits, Doktor.se also has several physical healthcare centres. If we cannot help you digitally, we will help you get in touch with the physical care and possible referral.

In the app, you select which problem the case applies to so that we can connect you with the right healthcare staff. You are up and running with your case in just 10 seconds!

Doktor.se can help you with tips and advice for many different problems. You get a professional assessment by doctors, nurses and psychologists. If necessary, you will receive a referral for further care. We also print out sick certificates if the doctor deems this to be reasonable. This is then printed from the eighth day you are ill, and a maximum of one week ahead.
